Quidax has two levels of verification and these two levels have different transaction limits.

Level 1 - Basic Level 

Upgrading to this level requires you to provide either of the ID cards that will be stated below and your real time selfie. For the selfie, you need to look at the camera and move your head in a circular motion twice.

Here's a list of acceptable ID cards for your Basic level verification

- Drivers License

-International Passport

-National Identity slip ( NIN)

- Ghana card (for Ghanaian customers)

On this level, you have access to unlimited deposits but your withdrawal limits are as follows;

Fiat withdrawal limit

• Daily Withdrawal Limit: USDT 1500 (this means that you can withdraw the equivalent of 1500 USDT in your local currency)

Crypto withdrawal limit

• Daily Withdrawal Limit: USDT 7,000

Level 2: Advanced Level

The advanced level gives you access to more limits if the limit on the Basic level is not satisfactory for your volume of transactions. 

Acceptable documents for Advanced Level Verification

-Bank statement; not older than 3 months and has your name and address on it.

- Utility bill with your name and address on it: not older than 3 months

You also have access to unlimited deposits on this level but the withdrawal limits is as shown below;

Fiat withdrawal limit

• Daily Withdrawal Limit: USDT 6500 ((this means that you can withdraw the equivalent of 6500 USDT in your local currency)

Crypto withdrawal limit

• Daily Withdrawal Limit: USDT 50,000

PS: Crypto withdrawal limit in USDT means you can also withdraw any coin equivalent to the amount of USDT on your level. Your withdrawal limit resets every 24 hours and not daily.
