Can't remember your Password? No Worries!

• On the login page, click "Forgot Password" to get started.
• Type in your email address or phone number (depending on what you signed up with ) and click "Next". Please note that you cannot withdraw coins within 48 hours after resetting your password.
• Choose the first security verification which is email, check your email for the code that will be sent to you, and enter the code in the place you see Email Code 
• Then choose the second security verification which is google authenticator, open your authenticator app and enter the code from your authenticator app in the place you see Google authenticator code and then click confirm
• Create a new password on the "Reset Password" page.
• Click "Confirm" to save your new password.
• You'll be redirected to the login page to try your new password.
• Enter your Google verification code from your authenticator app, and you're in!
