You may not be receiving the Email Verification Code for your withdrawal due to one of the following reasons:
- The email may be in your spam or junk folder.
- Email delivery delays can occur due to network or service provider issues.
- Your email inbox may be full, preventing new messages from being delivered.
- The registered email address may be incorrect or outdated.
If you're not receiving your email verification code when trying to make a withdrawal, here are a few steps you can try:
Option 1: Request a New Verification Code
- Initiate your withdrawal again.
- Wait for the countdown timer to finish.
- Click the "Resend" button to request a new verification code.
Option 2: Switch to Phone Verification
If you still do not receive the email code, you can enable phone verification instead:
- Tap your Profile icon in the top-left corner of the app.
- Go to the Security Center.
- Enable Phone Verification.
- Accept the notice that withdrawals will be disabled for 24 hours after making this change.
- Enter the OTP sent to your phone number and the code from your Google Authenticator app.
- Tap Done to complete the setup.
Once phone verification is enabled, you can receive withdrawal verification codes via SMS instead of email.
Need Immediate Access to Withdrawals?
After enabling phone verification, a 24-hour withdrawal restriction will be applied to your account for security reasons.
If you need assistance with removing this restriction, please contact support@quidax.com and provide:
- A clear photo of yourself holding your valid ID card and a piece of paper showing Quidax and today’s date
- A close image of only your valid government-issued ID card.
Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
