Step 1: Log into the website https://pro.quidax.io/en_US

Step 2: Click on the human icon at the top right

Step 3: Click on unbind funds password

Step 4: Click “Already known” to accept that withdrawals will be restricted for 24 hours after unbinding your funds password

Step 5: Click on Get email/SMS verification code

Step 6: Input the code from your email/SMS and your Google authentication code

Step 7: Click confirm

Your fund password has been successfully disabled

Then reach out to us at support@quidax.com and provide a clear picture of yourself holding your ID card and a piece of paper with Quidax and today’s date written on it, if you need to carry out urgent transactions and cannot wait for the 24 hours restriction period to elapse
