You may not be receiving the SMS OTP for your withdrawal due to one of the following reasons:
- Poor network signal: If your phone has a low or unstable signal, SMS delivery may be delayed or fail.
- Do Not Disturb (DND) or SMS blocking: Your number may have DND enabled, or your phone may be blocking promotional or automated messages.
- Temporary system delay: There may be a short delay due to high traffic or a temporary service issue.
- Your number is not valid
If you're not receiving your SMS verification code when trying to make a withdrawal, you can request the verification code through your registered email address instead through the following steps:
- Start your withdrawal request again.
- Wait for the countdown timer to finish.
- Click the Resend button.
- Choose the option for a new verification code to be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email verification code after trying the steps above, you can have it deactivated. Please share the following information with us via support@quidax.com so we can get help to you right away:
- A selfie of you holding a plain paper with Quidax, today's date, and the action required (Deactivate SMS OTP), along with a valid government-issued ID card of yours.
- A close image of only your valid government-issued ID card.
Your account security is our top priority, which is why we require identity verification before allowing sensitive actions such as disabling SMS OTP for withdrawals.
