How Can I Deposit Fiat Into My Wallet
Funding Your Fiat Account on Quidax is as easy as opening a chocolate bar 😉!
Ready to add funds to your fiat account? Follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Login to the app and click on "Deposit" on the home page
- Step 2: Click “Deposit NGN”
- Step 3: A page showing the Deposit Channel (Direct Bank Transfer) comes up. Click on it.
- Step 4: Type in the amount you want to deposit and click on ok. A pop up showing the terms and conditions comes up and you click on Confirm.
- Step 4: You will be redirected to a transaction breakdown page that shows the amount you should transfer from your bank app. Click to check the box by the side of I understand these instructions then click on Continue
- Step 5: You will get be taken next to a page that shows details of the account you should make payment to and the amount.
- Step 6: Go to your bank app and make the payment to the account details provided. Ensure the account has the same name with what you have on Quidax. You are given an hour to make payment to the details provided.
- Step 7: Relax and wait for us to receive the deposit. You don't have to do anything. You'll get a success message on the app and via email as soon as it's received, which looks like this.
You can now click on Go to wallet to continue with your transactions.
That's it! Your fiat account is now funded and ready for use.
