Can I still deposit and withdraw Naira?
Yes, you can add funds to your wallet or withdraw using Naira on the new Quidax app.
What deposit and withdrawal methods are available?
For now, we recommend only Direct Bank Transfer (DBT) for deposits and withdrawals. Pocket (Abeg) and Qdirect are currently unavailable.
Why is my deposit taking longer to process than usual?
We’ve recently rolled out updates on our new app to enhance security and improve how we verify deposit names. While we carry out these improvements, deposits from accounts that don’t exactly match your KYC (Know Your Customer) name may require some review, causing a temporary delay.
My deposit is from a corporate account that I’ve used before. Why is it delayed now?
If you previously had a corporate account whitelisted, that feature is temporarily unavailable on the new app. Deposits from corporate accounts will now be flagged for manual review if the account name doesn’t precisely match your personal KYC details. We understand this is not convenient and are working to restore the whitelist feature soon.
What should I do if my deposit is delayed?
If you notice a delay, the fastest way to resolve it is to send your proof of payment to us through email (support@quidax.com) or a direct message on Instagram, Facebook or X. This could be a bank transfer confirmation or a screenshot showing the transaction details. This will allow us to review and credit your deposit as quickly as possible.
How can I speed up the process for future deposits?
For now, making sure that your deposit comes from a bank account that has your personal name, matching your KYC details, will help to get your deposits in fast.
