To withdraw crypto, you need the recipient wallet address to do this. Once you have this, all you need to do are the following.

On the app or mobile web, go about it this way.

Step 1: On the homepage, please click “withdraw”

Step 2: Select “Withdraw Crypto”

Step 3: At the top, click the drop down arrow to select the coin you want to withdraw

Step 4: You will see a list of different networks the coin supports on Quidax, please select the network that is the same as the receiving network

Step 5: Input the amount and click confirm. You will get a breakdown after this, please read through then click on “confirm”

Step 6: Input the SMS/Email verification code and your 2FA code

Step 7: Click “confirm” and you are done

On the desktop web

• Sign in to your account
• Click on Wallet at the top right corner of the page and click on Spot Account.

• Under Fund list, you'll see the list of wallets, click on the Withdraw button for the one you want to withdraw.

• Input the recipient address in the Withdraw Address bar
• Input the amount you want to withdraw in the Amount bar and then click on Withdraw

NB; The Network showing on the withdrawal page is the Network you are required to send it on. To avoid loss, please always reconfirm the recipient address is on the network you are sending from. Whenever you are in doubt about anything, please send us a message at support@quidax.com
