You can send crypto to another Quidax user using their Qtag, email address, or QR code.

On Mobile (App or Mobile Web)

1. Tap Withdraw on the homepage.

   

2. Select Internal Transfer.

   

3. Enter the recipient’s Qtag, email, or scan their QR code.

   

4. Confirm the name displayed and click on Continue.

   

5. Click on the NGN to the change to coin you want to do an internal transfer for and enter the amount (you can add a note).

   

6. Tap Preview, then Confirm. Ensure that the details you are sending to is the right details before you confirm.
7. Enter your email verification code and Google Authenticator code.
8. Tap Confirm to complete the transfer.
