I deposited XRP without a destination tag, how do I receive it in my wallet?

If you have mistakenly deposited XRP to your Quidax wallet without your destination tag, we can retrieve it for you only when proven you own the transaction.

To recover XRP that you might have sent without a destination tag or to your other wallet we require more information on what has happened. Below are the information we require:

• The addresses involved in the transaction
• The amount of XRP sent
• For amounts less than 50usd, a screenrecording showing details of this transaction, where it was sent from.
• For amounts above 50usd, a google meet call will be organised between you and a member of the support staff where you will show a live recording of the transaction hash showing the transaction from the platform you sent it from
• The date of the transaction
• Your account must be fully verified for you to complete this process

Once you have provided this information we will be able to recover the XRP you sent, click here to open a ticket and submit the required information.

NB: It takes about 4months for the deposit to be retrieved.
